I took this photo in late December of 2010, in near northwest suburban Elmwood Park Illinois.

Municipal crews from the Elmwood Park Department Of Public Works, had just excavated a small trench on North 74th Court, and replaced a water main pipe just days before.

Heavy lake effect snowstorms would soon follow, idling any remaining touch up work after the trench was filled in with gravel,
