I photographed this digital live sound video last week Wednsday evening, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.
Crossing a model of a tall steel trestle and passing through scenery representative of the state of Iowa, my Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad switching local operating caboose first, passes by in the distance.
My Bachman Alco S 4 yard switcher locomotive painted in the 1950's era Santa Fe black and silver "Zebra" color scheme combined with my Athearn model of a red post 1966 rebuilt Santa Fe caboose, help to recreate a late 1960's era day to day scene that could have been on the former A,T & S,F.
The Santa Fe actually had a number of switchers that were not repainted in to the 1960 era blue and yellow colors before the decade was over.
