Hi everyone!
This is Eddie K, your host and photographer here at Eddie's Railfan Page.
I grew up on the near southwest side of Chicago, and have always enjoyed going out on occasional dinner outings with family or friends to one of many southside Chicago pizzeria restaurants.
The southside of Chicago, is known to many as Chicago's "Pizza Belt", as this particular style of eatery seems to have had phenominal succes for many years in this part of the windy city.
One of my personal all time favorite southside Chicago pizza places I have always enjoyed dining at, is the original "Vito and Nick's Pizzeria", located on South Pulaski Road and West 84th Street.
They have one of the more flavorful pizzas that I have come to know, and were also featured on television's "The Food Network" as well.
Thanks.
Eddie K.
