I took this photograph back in late September of 2009, in northwest suburban Schiller Park Illinois.
Canadian National EMD roadswitcher # 9651, is viewed working the yard near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport on a lovely autum morning.
The initials I C on the side of the cab, indicates that this locomotive was acquired through merger in 1999 from the former Illinois Central Railroad.
