A southbound Canadian National Railroad heavy transfer freight train traveling over the Belt Railway of Chicago, passes through the Canadian National ex Illinois Central crosstracks at Hawthorne Junction.
I took this photograph facing east, as I was standing on the Cicero Illinois side of the border at the Chicago city limits.
