I took this photograph back in November of 2008.

It is a very typical overcast Monday afternoon in Elmwood Park Illinois, as the operator of this Elgin Pelican model street sweeper vehicle owned by the Elmwood Park Department of Public Works, cleans the designated or "West" side of North 74th Court. Tommorow...the east side where I am standing will get it's turn with the sweeper vehicle.
