I took this photo one evening after work in December of 2007. I was driving westbound on Grand Avenue in near northwest suburban Elmwood Park Illinois, and found Myself being stopped by one of many Metra rush hour commuter trains on the former Milwaukee Road line to Elgin Illinois. The lighted Snowflake lampost decoration near the crossing signal gives the indication that it is Christmastime in the greater Chicagoland area.Thursday, January 03, 2008
