Another day is quietly coming to a close in near northwest suburban Franklin Park Illinois, as the lighted railroad block signals at the Edgington Street railroad crossing compliment the approaching night time sky. It is between train times at this normally busy Chicago railroad location on the CP Rail ex Milwaukee Road mainline, and a sense of solitude makes it's prescence known on this summer evening.
