I took this photo one dry , partly sunny, but still cold and windy January winter afternoon in the year of 1988.The crew of Three Conrail locomotives running light, ( No freight cars coupled on) have recieved clearance from the dispatcher, and are now proceeding southbound over the Illinois Central crosstracks at Chicago's Brighton Junction. We are looking west.
