I took this photo one afternoon last summer, in August of 2008. I was enjoying My much deserved lunch break, at the Metra commuter rail station in north suburban Morton Grove Illinois. This Metra, southbound local commuter train from Fox Lake Illinois, is seen arriving at the Morton Grove station at mid day. The train is heading to Chicago Union Station over the Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road mainline.
