Well folks.....another April has come and gone here in the Windy City, and it is now officially "Boating Season" once again here in Chicago. Yes! With bright sunshine, plenty of wind and mild temperatures, It is time once again to take the personal boat out of storage and cruise the various Chicago area waterways. ( If You own one.)
Soon another Summer will be upon us before You know it. Even though I actually took this photo just after the Labor Day weekend at the end of Summer in Chicago's Belmont Harbor, It still captures the look and feel of one of Chicago's favorite seasons of the year. "Boating Season"!
Believe Me. Lake Michigan is a much happier place when boats are on it.
After a long and cold Winter, It is great to see the boats in action again.
