A northbound local Contractor's van on North Harlem Avenue. Harwood Heights Illinois USA. May 2010.
I took this photo in traffic on My way back to work after lunch one day recently.
Seen here at the notoriously "LENGHTY" traffic light at the intersection of North Harlem and West Lawrence Avenues in near northwest suburban Harwood Heights Illinois, is what looks like a GMC Savanah utility van for a local concrete cutting construction and demolition firm.
Privately owned utility vans like this are very common here in the city of Chicago Illinois, and many other parts of our Nation. They have their own unique images and occasionaly ...personalities and character too.
These graphics advertising the company is what caught My attention.
