The Oak Park IL Society of Model Engineers. June 2011.

I photographed this digital live sound video, at The Oak Park Society of Model Engineers H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.

The golden age of those individual pre Amtrak passenger trains that were owned and operated by the individual North American railroads prior to 1971, is alive and well at almost any given operating session at this club.

A short New York Central Railroad two car passenger train owned and operated by fellow club member Rich, is viewed crossing the swing bridge on the club layout.

The locomotive, is a sound equipped Broadway Limited Imports model, of a New York Central EMD model E 7 passenger locomotive. This train, is a representation of the once many small local commuter or connecting passenger trains that were also operated by North American railroads during the 1950's and 60's era.
