The Oak Park IL Society of Model Engieers.

I photographed this digital live sound video during a recent Wednsday night operating session, at The Oak Park Society of Model Engineers, H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.
This club is located at 255 Augusta Street in west suburban Oak Park Illinois, and meets on Monday and Wednsday nights from 7:00 until 9:00 PM, in the basement of the Oak Park Public Library's Dole Learning Center building.

Seen here, is My steam era ( Uh...with a few modern freight cars) mixed freight train operating on the club layout, at the curve by the small depot. My locomotive, is a recently purchased second hand Athearn Genesis (1st Generation) United States Railway Administration ( World War 1 era circa 1918) Baldwin light 2-8-2 Mikado type steam locomotive.

This is a great running DCC ready steam locomotive. Future plans for Myself include the eventual installation of a Soundtraxx Tsunami digital sound decoder in this engine. The Bachman 1800's era wooden open platform coach, helps to capture the feel of mixed freight trains of the early to mid 20th century era.
