I took this photo one morning during My lunchbreak, back in August of 2008.
I was railfanning the Chicago Transit Authorrity's ground leval running yellow line rapid transit route / Skokie Swift with My camera in hand, at the Kostner Avenue railroad crossing.
Between train times, I spotted Skokie Fire Department ariel tower truck # 16 crossing the yellow line, and possibly heading back to base at a nearby fire station.
