I photographed this digital live sound video one night recently at the Grand Avenue railroad crossing in near northwest suburban Elmwood Park Illinois.
The very busy Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road west line passes through Elmwood Park, and except for a few occasional quiet periods between trains...The train action, both Metra commuter and numerous freight trains...passes this location around the clock 24-7.
