I took this photo on a hot summer evening back in June of 2008.
Seen here is a four unit set of BNSF Railway EMD roadswitchers, returning to the nearby BNSF Railway Clyde Yard in west suburban Cicero Illinois.
These locomotives are returning after dropping off a transfer train to the Belt Railway of Chicago Clearing Yard facility in southwest suburban Bedford Park Illinois.
The train is passing through the Chicago city limits border at Hawthorne Junction.
