I took this photograph at sunrise recently.
The early morning hours before the start of the rush hour commuting period, is a great time for Chicago city crews to sweep the streets.
I spotted this "Newer" Elgin / Pelican model streets sweeper, at the intersection of North Harlem and west Foster Avenues in the bright morning sunrise.
