"Now thats an unlikely two train meet."

I photographed this digital live sound video this Wednsday night, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.

Model railroad clubs are great! Where else can You see two train meets of different periods and prototypes operating together on the same mainline? Impossible in the real day to day world.

A circa 1935 steam powered Milwaukee Road Hiawatha passenger train being headed up by a streamlined Atlantic type steam locomotive, meets my 1970's era switching local from the former Illinois Central Gulf Railroad.

It was definately a fun session hanging out with the guys that night.
