Westbound Canadian National transfer train. Ash Street Junction. Chicago Illinois USA. July 2007.

A westbound Canadian National transfer train with former GTW locomotives, has just recieved clearance. The train is now passing through the very isolated Ash Street Junction. This train is traveling over the former Illinois Central Iowa Division Mainline, wich also runs alongside the BNSF Railway's ex Atchinson, Topeka & santa Fe mainline. The north and south crosstracks belong to Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation.
