In May of 1990, I rode on this all day excursion with the Central Electric Railfans Association, over the three former Illinois Central electric commuter lines on the south and southeast sides of Chicago Illinois. One of the many railfans onboard the excursion, is seen snapping this photo at one of the runby locations.
