I took this photo one hazy summer morning in August of 1990. I was enjoying a much deserved vacation in Strasburg Pennsylvania during August of 1990. Steam locomotive # 89 already had a morning break in test run, and is seen simmering away in the Strasburg Railroad yard near the East Strasburg depot, awaiting it's approaching departure time. Photographing this scene on a roll of 35MM black and white film, helped Me to capture a vintage, historical looking photograph from previous decades on location.
