I took this photo on the operating museum mainline at the Illinois Railway museum during an August 2000 visit. A three car train of 1920's vintage rapid trainsit cars from the Chicago Transit Authority, are seen speeding eastbound on the museum's mainline as a thunderstorm was approaching. The faint and distant runble of thunder and occasional lightning flashes in the clouds, would soon turn into a torrent of heavilly pouring rain just moments after this photo was taken.
