Westbound Indiana Harbor Belt switching local. Melrose Park Illinois USA. Late October 2007.

I spotted this rarely seen Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad industrial switching local, traveling slowly westbound along the south side of Armitage Street in Melrose Park Illinois. This "Mystery" train, is moving very slowly pushing two covered hopper cars and a transfer caboose with two rear flagmen on board, to stop traffic at the many industrial railroad crossings enroute to an industrial district west of Manheim Road.
