The former NorthWestern Atrium Center terminal tracks. Chicago Illinois USA. August 1988.

Before there was a Richard B. Ogilvie Transportation Center, there was a glass downtown Chicago skyscraper on West Madison Street known as The NorthWestern Atrium Center. Prior to the 1984 demolition, this was originally the 1911 built NorthWestern Station.
After the merger and absorbtion of the Chicago & NorthWestern Railroad by the Union Pacific in 1998, the building was renamed The Richard B. Ogilvie Transportation Center in honor of the late Illinois Govoner who passed away in 1988.
