I spotted this "Dynamic Duo" of EMD roadswitchers from predecessor railroads Illinois Central, and the Wisconsin Central, in northwest suburban Franklin Park Illinois. These two locomotives and the freight train coupled on to them, were waiting for clearance to depart Bensenville Yard. Notice the word "Central" has been painted over on the cab side of the former Illinois Central locomotive.
