Westbound CTA Blue line train racing through a snowstorm. Chicago Illinois USA. Wednsday, April 11th, 2007.
Anybody who has lived in the windy city, knows just how unpredictable or weird the weather can be on occasion. On Wednsday morning, April 11th, 2007 during what should normally be early Springtime...The greater Chicagoland area was pelted with a late season snowstorm that created havoc during the morning rush hour commutes. I took this photo looking west from the Canfield Road overpass bridge at the Illinois U.S Route # I-90 Expressway near Park Ridge Illinois. A westbound Chicago Transit Authority Blue line rapid transit train, is seen speeding through a snowstorm enroute to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.
