I took this photo on a brilliantly sunny, but very bitterly cold winter morning in January of 2007. A northbound transfer freight train is traveling over the Belt Railway of Chicago through Hawthorne Junction at the Chicago city limits, with several relatively new and un grafitti tagged Canadian National boxcars in tow.
