I took this photograph last night, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club in Oak Park Illinois.

I grew up on the near southwest side of Chicago during the 1970's, and was a big fan of the former Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad.

My 1970's era Santa Fe freight train I was operating, is viewed passing the Clinton passenger depot on the club layout.

The two rear cars on this freight train, are Athearn models.
