I took this photograph last week Wednsday night, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model
Railroad Club in Oak Park Illinois. For people like myself and many others who were born too late to actually
experience freight trains being pulled by steam locomotives here in the United States, this photo is definitely
a sight for sore eyes.

Fellow club member and good friend Martin, was operating his Broadway Limited Imports model, of a 1940's
era New York Central Railroad 4-8-4 Niagra steam locomotive. These were the final steam locomotives that
were ordered and delivered to the New York Central. Just like the prototype New York Central Niagras this model is big and powerful. It is equipped with sound effects, and can pull an impressive load of freight cars coupled to the tender.
