I was taking a walk one morning on West School Street just east of North Osceola Avenue, and just couldn't resist taking this photograph. The trees on Chicago's northwest side, seemed unusually colorful this year. This bright red example on West School Street, was proboubly the most colorful of all on this lovely October morning.

Excellent color. I think the leaves this year were much more colorful than the past few years, and...I think they lasted longer too.
