I took this photo in late September of 1985 in the town of Union Illinois. I was attending the Illinois Railway Museum's 1985 Members weekend, and as luck would have it on this lovely Autum afternoon....The adjacent Chicago & NorthWestern Railroad branchline to nearby Belvidere Illinois, had a section crew performing some track maintenance at the Olson Road railroad crossing. Notice the Hi Rail pick up truck.
