CSX Transportation Company, is the railroad that switches the various industries along West 16th Street, in the village of west suburban Cicero Illinois. Seen here are two recently rebuilt and repainted 1960's era EMD 2nd Generation roadswitchers. The two locomotives were parked alongside West 16th Street, a few city blocks east of South Cicero Avenue.
