I took this photo one Autum evening around sunset, in October of 2008. We are looking west from the south or "Eastbound" platform of the Metra, Galewood commuter flagstop depot on North Narragansett Avenue. A two car Canadian Pacific local freight train has finally recieved permission from the dispatcher to occupy the mainline, after several Metra rush hour express commuter trains came racing through here at high speed. The train is slowly passing through the Galewood station westbound.
