Canadian Pacific and CSX motive power. Bensenville Yard. Bensenville / Franklin Park Illinois. Early February 2008.





I took this dramatic wintertime railroad photo, back in early February of 2008.

We are at the Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road Bensenville Yard near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. In a scene so typical of Chicago Winter Railroading, locomotives from the Canadian Pacific and CSX Transportation Company, are viewed idling with a fresh covering of lake effect snow on the ground.
