An old advertisement for the Fleetwood Roller Rink. Summit IllinoisUSA. (1960's era.)

This classic 1950's and 60's era vintage sign advertisement from the Fleetwood Roller Rink in Summit Illinois, was recently sent to Me by former Summit resident Terry Ritter, who is also a fan of Eddie's Railfan Page. http://eddiesrailroad.blogspot.com

I skated a number of times during the 1970's and early 1980's at the Fleetwood Roller Rink Myself, and have always enjoyed the place.

Although it has been awhile and My personal Married Life and career commitments eat up a lot of My time, I hope to eventually make it back there some time in the future if all goes well.

My Wife is not a skater, but I am and I miss it.
