I took this photo on a very quiet Sunday afternoon, in November of 2008.
Looking west in to the late day hazy sunshine, we see a locomotive and caboose
in 1970's era markings from predecessor railroad Soo Line, idling on top of the
Lawrence Avenue railroad underpass viaduct, in northwest suburban Schiller Park
Illinois. A classic and timeless image of late Autum Chicago railroading.
