I took this photo at the Brainard Avenue railroad crossing one lovely Autum morning, back in October of 2007. It is the weekday morning rush hour commuting period, with many inbound and outbound express and local commuter trains on the BNSF Railway's 3 track Chicago to Aurora mainline. I photographed this eastbound Metra Chicago bound express commuter train, racing past the Brainard Avenue railroad crossing. Stand back!
