I took this up close photo of this logo, on the side of recently restored Wisconsin Power and Light Company early 1900's era wooden interurban coach # 26. This wooden interurban operated for the Wisconsin Power and Light Company out of Sheboygan Wisconsin. Today, it is occasionally operated at the East Troy Electric Railroad and Museum.
