I took this photo way back in early March of 1990.

A southbound Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad transfer train being pulled by two EMD yard switchers, is viewed meeting a northbound Norfolk Southern freight train near the 31st Street railroad crossing at La Grange Park Illinois.
