I took this photograph back in October of 2006.
Seen here is the Chicago Transit Authority's rush hour only bus terminal loop at West Belmont and North Octavia Avenues.
One of the two CTA 1990's era 40 Ft Nova transit buses, appears to be having some sort of a mechanical issue of some kind.
The hood has been propped open, and a transit supervisor is now on the scene.
