I took this photo one morning, at the Metra commuter rail station in Wood Dale Illinois. Many railroads have began painting locomotives and various freight cars with this nationally known "Operation Lifesaver" message, and Chicago's Metra commuter rail agency is no exception. This locomotive was on the west or "Pushing" end of a Metra comuter local enroute to Chicago Union Station.
