Southbound Canadian National heavy transfer train getting under way. La Grange Park Illinois. November 2007.

I took this photograph looking north from the east side of the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad crossing on 31st Street, in west suburban La Grange Park Illinois.
It was a cold and very wet November morning in 2007. This heavy transfer train had just recieved a green signal north of the 31st Street railroad crossing, and was now slowly getting it's heavy loads in motion over the Indiana Harbor Belt mainline.
Notice the additional diesel locomotives from the Union Pacific, and the former Illinois Central.
