Westbound NS /BNSF unit coal train speeding past the Metra Stone Avenue commuter rail station. La Grange Illinois. May 2007.

I took this photo after work one day after work, in May of 2007. We are at the Stone Avenue Metra commuter rail station, in west suburban La Grange Illinois. With a Norfolk Southern Railroad diesel locomotive in the lead, this BNSF Railway empty unit coal train is viewed speeding through La Grange Illinois enroute to the strip mines in the State of Wyoming.
