I took this photo on a hot and hazy summer day in August of 1990. A northbound CSX train is seen passing the railroad crossing on South Kostner Avenue near West 118th Street, in south suburban Alsip Illinois. This train is seen traveling over the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad mainline.
