I took this photo on an overcast afternoon, in late October of 2008.
We are looking west along the north side of West 16th Street just east of South Cicero Avenue, in the west suburban village of Cicero Illinois. It is approximately 12:30 PM, and these two CSX Transportation Company rebuilt EMD 2nd generation roadswitchers are parked alongside West 16th Street waiting for the crew to arrive and begin the car spotting and retrieving chores on the factory spur sidings today.
