One of My favorite Metra commuter rail stations I have discovered in recent years, is this pleasant example in far west suburban Itasca Illinois. Located on the Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road mainline to Elgin Illinois. This commuter depot is located along the north side of Illinois U.S Route # 19 Irving Park Road. Aside from the Autum scenery in this photo, the well manicured and landscaped grounds are lovely most anytime of the year.
