The Television sitcom show known as "The King of Queens", has long since been cancelled and the many re-runs can be seen today on Cable TV.
However, two of the New York City "Redbirds" heavy rapid transit service cars like the ones that are seen in the shows opening....have found a new home in the midwest at the Illinois Railway Museum.
These two New York City "Redbirds" are currently under restoration, and have been equipped with trolley poles for future operation on the museum's demonstration mainline and trolley loop.
