Passengers aboard a Brussels, Belgium electric trolley bus. Europe 2009.

Passengers aboard a Brussels Belgium electric trolley bus. 2009.

My Cousin Joey visited Europe on vacation during 2009, and was very kind to send Me this photo to use here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

One of the cittie's My Cousin Joey had visited in 2009, was the city of Brussels Begium. Unlike Chicago's CTA wich had decided to phase out electric trolley buses for good in 1973, Brussels kept their electric trolley bus network going strong today.

In the United States, the citties of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Seatle Washington, San Frabcisco California and Dayton Ohio have kept their electric powered trolley bus networks alive and well today.

These two young male passengers are enjoying their night time commute through downtown Brussels, as they spot My Cousin Joey with His camera in hand.

Thank You for the nice photo Joey.
