Digital Live Sound Video: Early morning snow plowing in Glenview Illinois. Friday, January 8th 2010.

I photographed this digital live sound video on My way to work last Friday morning.
This video was photographed in north suburban Glenview Illinois around 5:36 AM.

The greater Chicagoland area got socked with another heavy lake effect snowstorm the previous evening. Several inches of snow accumulation fell on north suburban Glenview Illinois.

This dark green snowplow truck from the Village Of Glenview Department Of Public Works, is viewed turning north on Railroad Avenue and spreading rock salt in it's wake. There was heavy snow on and off all day, and My job as a Paratransit Driver became very challenging due to slippery driving conditions and low visibility.

Hi Eddie, found your bliog while looking for the Harlem Hot Springs Narrow Guage railway. this was a California Road, that I just found out about yesterday, Jan . 12, 10, and trying to track down information, as well as the Chino and Ontario Railroad , also a narrow guage , these roads had to have dissappeared at least 75 years ago, so don't believe you would have any info on such, however I also am looking for pic s of the astro train somewhere in your area and the Great locomotive chase loco's hope you can help. you can reach me at eclemensen@yahoo.com, put trains in the subject head.
